Registered Nurse (Care Supervisor)

Lead and supervise our caregiver team as a Staff Registered Nurse, ensuring high-quality care and support for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Direct Personal Care: Provide direct personal care and companionship to clients.
• Quality Oversight: Oversee and ensure the quality of care delivered by the caregiver team.
• Care Plans and Assessments: Assist in the development and review of care plans and health assessments.
• Supervision of Care: Supervise the provision of personal care tasks for clients determined to be medically frail or medically compromised through in-person assessments.
• Training and Orientation: Oversee the development of internal training and staff orientation programs.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with the administrator and other staff to meet the health needs of clients.
• Caregiver Support: Provide assistance, support, or coaching to caregivers.

Qualifications:

• Licensing: Registered Nurse with an unrestricted Georgia license.
• Experience: Relevant nursing experience, preferably in home care or similar settings.
• Work History: Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in a hospital, nursing facility, or related setting.
