Responsibilities

• Delivering direct nursing care while strictly adhering to organizational protocols and physician orders.
• Implementing, monitoring, and adjusting individualized patient care plans based on real-time assessments.
• Serving as the central hub for all medical disciplines (doctors, therapists, specialists) to ensure unified patient treatment.
• Evaluating and organizing the resources and steps necessary for a patient’s safe transition out of the facility.

Requirements

• Advanced Life Support credential obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date (American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted).
• BLS Provider credential obtained within 1 month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date (American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted).
• Registered Nurse credential from the Tennessee Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR required professional licensure at time of hire.
