About the role
We are seeking a registered nurse for a Cardiac Telemetry/Neuro Step Down role.
Responsibilities
- Providing specialized inpatient nursing care with a focus on cardiac and neurological patients.
- Monitoring patient vitals and responding to clinical needs in a timely manner.
- Collaborating with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Ensuring compliance with licensing, certification, and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Nursing; Associate Degree with a plan to attain a Bachelor’s within five years if applicable.
- Minimum of 1+ years' RN experience in an inpatient setting.
- Current Illinois RN licensure, CPR, ACLS (within one year), and NIHSS certification (within one year).
