Role Overview: The registered nurse (RN) in the 7E Cardiac Tele unit provides comprehensive patient care utilizing the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Key Responsibilities: Maintain current competency, collaborate with peers, incorporate ethical and evidence-based practices, promote safety, supervise staff, ensure thorough documentation, and respond effectively to emergencies. Qualifications & Skills: At least one year of nursing experience, graduation from an accredited nursing program, Illinois RN licensure, effective communication skills, and CPR certification. Additional certifications like ACLS, PALS, or NRP may be required.
