About the Role

Provide comprehensive nursing care to diverse patient populations, utilizing the nursing process for planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care. Ensure regulatory compliance, maintain high standards of practice, and take responsibility, accountability, and authority for patient outcomes. Guide and supervise unlicensed nursing staff in patient care delivery while contributing to safety outcomes and enhancing patient experience.

Requirements

• Current professional Nursing Licensure in Illinois required
• BLS/CPR certification mandatory
• At least 1 year of nursing experience preferred
