Registered Nurse - Cardiac Progressive Care (Part-Time, Days)

About the role

Provide patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability, evaluating care effectiveness, and coordinating with other departments. Maintain patient rights and confidentiality, and perform duties aligned with organizational standards and values.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and deliver holistic care in the Cardiac Progressive Care unit.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with policies, standards, and patient confidentiality.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting, standing, walking, and reaching to support patient needs.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN).
• Current RN license in the applicable state or compact licensure.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association or completion within 30 days of hire.
• Physical ability to perform job duties, including lifting up to 50 pounds and prolonged standing.
