Registered Nurse - Cardiac Progressive Care

About the role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse specialized in Cardiac Progressive Care to provide expert patient care in a hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care to optimize outcomes
• Developing and updating individualized care plans across the care continuum
• Advocating for ethical, holistic care that respects patient autonomy and dignity
• Fostering a learning environment for patients, families, and healthcare team members
• Ensuring safety by identifying and addressing issues, applying evidence-based practices, and promoting safety for patients and staff
• Engaging in ongoing professional development and practicing within legal and ethical standards
• Leading and coordinating care teams, delegating tasks appropriately, and collaborating with inter-professional teams

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Current RN license and certifications such as BLS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke Scale within specified timeframes
• At least one year of nursing experience
