About the role
Join a dedicated team as a Registered Nurse or Graduate Nurse Resident in the Cardiac Pavilion department.
Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process to deliver patient care and ensure patient rights and confidentiality.
- Evaluate care effectiveness provided by other caregivers and coordinate patient care with other departments.
- Provide compassionate patient care in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Uphold patient safety and confidentiality.
- Maintain professional accountability and adhere to organizational standards, values, and mission.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN).
- Current RN licensure in the state or valid compact license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire; other certifications as needed.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, walk, and perform tasks requiring reaching, bending, and kneeling.
