Registered Nurse -Cardiac Cath Lab-EP

Shift: Full-time Days (3 12-hour shifts). No weekends or holidays. No call requirement. This position is referral eligible.

About the Role

The EP Lab specializes in minimally invasive cardiac electrophysiology care for a wide variety of adult patients ranging in acuity. The team fosters a supportive and collaborative environment, emphasizing a strong team culture. Additionally, they actively support the patient during procedures by administering sedation and closely monitoring patients.

A minimum of 1+ years of RN experience in PCU, ICU, ED, or Cath Lab is required for this role. Full-time and part-time roles are eligible for a sign-on bonus; the amount is dependent upon FTE.

Requirements

• Associate of Nursing (ASN); Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.
• Graduation from a nationally accredited nursing program.
• Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
• Other advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.

Exceptions: Candidates who have not graduated from a nationally accredited program may be considered if they possess more than two years of acute care experience. Such exceptions are subject to review and approval by the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO).
