About the Role
This role is based in the Cardiac Cath Lab, providing specialized cardiac care in an outpatient setting with advanced technology and fully equipped labs.
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care, implement care plans, and monitor patient conditions.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary efforts and follow physician and nursing orders.
- Assist with discharge planning.
- Provide safe, effective nursing care and serve as a primary coordinator for patient treatment.
- Ensure communication across healthcare teams.
Requirements
- Licensure as a Registered Nurse from the Alabama Board of Nursing.
- BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
- Diploma from an accredited nursing program.
- Preferably at least 1 year of RN experience.
