About the Role

The Registered Nurse (RN) is a professional caregiver responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care using evidence-based practices, technology, and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of physical, social, and psychological status
• Develop individualized care plans with patient, family, and team involvement
• Coordinate and delegate care to the interdisciplinary team
• Monitor patient responses and revise care plans accordingly
• Promote professionalism by adhering to legal, ethical, and regulatory standards
• Ensure accurate documentation

Requirements

• Current RN license
• BLS certification
• BSN or enrolled in a program to obtain one within four years
