Registered Nurse - Cardiac Care

Responsibilities We are seeking an RN for the Cardiac Progressive Care unit, responsible for delivering patient-centered, holistic nursing care. The role involves: Assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care to optimize outcomes and ensure seamless care transitions.Advocating for ethical, holistic care that respects patient autonomy, dignity, and cultural beliefs.Facilitating learning for patients, families, and healthcare team members, including students.Ensuring safety and quality by identifying issues, applying evidence-based practices, and promoting safety for patients and staff.Engaging in professional development by practicing within legal and ethical standards and promoting research and evidence-based practice.Leading and collaborating within inter-professional teams, delegating appropriately, and modeling professional behavior. Qualifications Include Graduation from an accredited nursing programWashington RN licenseBasic and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (BLS, ACLS)NIH Stroke Scale Certification within 90 days of hireAt least 1 year of nursing experience Skills required: strong clinical assessment, advocacy, teamwork, safety focus, and commitment to ongoing professional growth. The role is on-site, full-time, with a pay range of $50.80 - $93.51 per hour, with additional incentives possible.
