Registered Nurse - Branson Medical 100 - Full Time Day Shift

Job Summary

CoxHealth is a leading healthcare system serving 25 counties across southwest Missouri and northern Arkansas. The organization includes six hospitals, five ERs, and over 80 clinics.

About the Role

Med 100 is a 21-bed Medical Unit focusing on patients with conditions such as CHF, COPD, dialysis, wound care, and hospice. The unit has a longer length of stay, allowing for strong patient relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage the care of adult or geriatric patients with general medical conditions or surgical procedures.
• Assess patient condition, administer medications, change dressings, monitor vital signs, and keep records.
• Provide support and education to patients and families.
• Maintain a broad range of medical care knowledge to care for a diverse group of patients.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program or NLN approved program.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Previous nursing experience preferred.

Qualifications

• RN license active in the state of Missouri.
• $4,000 sign-on bonus.
• Up to 40 hours of front-loaded paid time off.
• Up to $3,000 relocation bonus.
• $1.00 certification pay.
• $1.00 BSN pay.
• Career ladder bonus eligible up to $5,000.
