Responsibilities
- Performing assessments, vital signs, health histories, and documentation in an EMR system (EPIC)
- S supporting providers during diagnostic procedures, medication administration, and patient education
- Collaborating on care plans, coordinating referrals, and ensuring smooth patient flow
- Maintaining clinical quality and safety standards per accreditation and organizational requirements
Qualifications
- Aceessory's Degree or higher in Nursing
- Active WA RN license; dual licensure required within 120 days
- Prefer 1+ year outpatient or clinical RN experience
- BCLS certification within 90 days; ACLS/PALS preferred
- Spanish bilingual skills preferred and eligible for bilingual differential pay
