Registered Nurse - Behavioral Health - Part Time/Days

Responsibilities

• Implements and monitors patient care plans.
• Maintains accurate and timely documentation of patient condition.
• Communicates patient condition to relevant healthcare team members.
• Serves as a primary coordinator for interdisciplinary patient care.
• Assesses and coordinates discharge planning needs with the healthcare team.

Licensure/Certification(s)

• BLS Provider within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date.
• Registered Nurse credential from the Michigan Board of Nursing prior to hire date or job transfer date.

Education/Experience

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing.
• Required professional licensure at time of hire.
