Key Responsibilities

• Performing comprehensive bio-psychosocial assessments to understand patient needs and strengths.
• Leading or co-leading group therapy sessions to support patient recovery.
• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop and refine personalized care plans.
• Implementing and adjusting nursing care strategies to promote patient progress.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure from the Kansas Board of Nursing.
• BLS certification within one month of hire (American Heart Association or Red Cross accepted).
• Diploma from an accredited nursing program or equivalent professional licensure.
