About the role
Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to adults and adolescents with behavioral health conditions.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and administer medications.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Document care and interventions accurately in EHR systems.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and support staff to maintain safe, therapeutic environments.
- Support crisis stabilization and patient education for patients and families.
- Participate in quality and safety initiatives aligned with the hospital's mission.
Qualifications & Skills
- Current RN licensure.
- Experience or interest in behavioral health care.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to handle crisis situations with professionalism and compassion.
