Registered Nurse - Behavioral Health

Role: Registered Nurse in Behavioral Health unit. Responsibilities Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to adults and adolescents with behavioral health conditions.Conduct comprehensive assessments and administer medications.Develop and implement individualized care plans.Document care and interventions accurately in EHR systems.Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and support staff to maintain safe, therapeutic environments.Support crisis stabilization and patient education for patients and families.Participate in quality and safety initiatives aligned with the hospital’s mission. Qualifications & Skills Current RN licensure.Experience or interest in behavioral health care.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Ability to handle crisis situations with professionalism and compassion.
