Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and evaluate outcome-oriented patient care plans requiring specialized nursing skills.
• Obtain family and/or patient involvement in the development of such plan whenever possible.
• Complete all necessary documentation according to agency policies and procedures.
• Conduct initial evaluation visits and regularly reevaluate the nursing needs of clients.
• Initiate, develop, implement, and make necessary changes to the client's plan of care.
• Assess the client's continual care needs and inform the physician and any other appropriate health professionals, as often as needed, of any changes in the client's conditions.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in an acute care setting (preferred)
• Previous community health experience
• Current Massachusetts RN license in good standing
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• Current CPR certification (highly recommended)
• Flexibility to travel within the South Shore area

Pay

$44-55/hr (commensurate with experience)

Schedule

Weekend role: work two 12‑hour day shifts (Saturday and Sunday) and get paid for 32 hours.
