Position Summary
As a Registered Nurse in our facility, you'll do more than care for patients—you'll lead, teach, and advocate. Working closely with healthcare and correctional staff, you'll assess physical/mental health needs, administer medications, and guide treatment plans from start to finish. You'll play a key role in supporting patient education, making timely referrals, and helping maintain safety and standards across the unit.

Requirements
- Active unrestricted RN license in state of practice and 1-2 years of nursing experience (correctional experience preferred)
- Active CPR certification
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Adaptability in high-pressure settings
- A compassionate, nonjudgmental approach to patient care
