About the role

As a Registered Nurse in Salem Correctional Center, you'll lead, teach, and advocate for patients. You'll work closely with healthcare and correctional staff to assess physical/mental health needs, administer medications, and guide treatment plans.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Active unrestricted RN license and 1-2 years of nursing experience (correctional experience preferred)
• Active CPR certification
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Adaptability in high-pressure settings
• A compassionate, nonjudgmental approach to patient care
