About the role

Provide personal care services to residents in a skilled nursing facility setting. Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, medication administration, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, eating, and other personal hygiene tasks
• Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare providers
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of resident rooms and common areas
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members
• Follow infection control protocols and report any concerns to supervisors

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current CPR certification
• Experience in a healthcare setting preferred
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
