About the role
Provide person-centred care to residents, ensuring a safe environment within the facility and improving their quality of life through activities.
Responsibilities
- Assess, plan and implement client care within your scope
- Consider physical, social and psychological requirements
- Create and update care plans to reflect developing needs
- Ensure clinical quality compliance standards are met
- Work collaboratively with other multi-disciplinary team members
Requirements
- Excellent communication and clinical problem-solving skills
- Confidence in managing time effectively, including an ability to work autonomously
- General nursing experience, post-registration
- NDIS Workers Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain
- Full, unrestricted AHPRA registration and unlimited work entitlements
- Confidence to satisfy the relevant probity checks required by legislation or policies

Pay
$45.29 - $57.06 p/hr (or $55.70 - $70.18 casual rate) + Super + Not for Profit Salary Packaging + Penalties & Allowances
Schedule
Must be available to work AM (6am to 2:30pm), PM (2pm to 10:30pm) and ND shifts (10pm to 6:30am) including weekend work when required
