Responsibilities
- Tailor care plans to meet individual patient needs
- Document patient visits efficiently and accurately
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare providers
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and insurance requirements
- Provide compassionate and professional care in a variety of settings
Requirements
- Valid Florida Registered Nurse License
- One year of RN experience in a hospital or skilled nursing facility
- One year of home health experience preferred
- Professional Liability Insurance
- Driver's License and reliable transportation
- CPR certification
- TB test results
- Background check
- Alzheimer's course certificate
- HIV/AIDS/OSHA course certificate
