As a Registered Nurse, you will enrich lives every day by ensuring residents in our assisted living and memory care neighborhoods receive the highest level of dignity and care. Responsibilities

• Help oversee the care staff and assist them in making educated care decisions
• Provide assistance and emotional support to residents using the Best Friend’s Approach to dementia care

Requirements

• Possess a current RN License
• Have a genuine interest in caring for elderly residents and working in a geriatric environment
• Enjoy being part of a team, working closely with a team of nurses to design and implement care plans for each resident
• Possess a willingness to continue learning and improving skills, as well as a commitment to confidentiality
• Be able to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff members and visitors

Pay

Wage: $40.00 – $45.00 per hour, depending on experience

Schedule

On-call schedule; some holidays required
