What You’ll Be Doing

• Provide nursing care to meet resident needs
• Plan nursing interventions based on individual resident needs
• Evaluate the effectiveness of care interventions and develop alternative strategies
• Conduct family and resident education
• Administer medications and treatments according to center policy
• Transcribe physician’s orders and chart progress notes
• Identify and report changes in condition to supervisor, physician, and family
• Accurately identify and manage skin changes
• Coordinate resident’s rehabilitation program with therapists
• Maintain accurate documentation of CNA assignments
• Perform additional nursing care responsibilities as required

Requirements

• Active state RN license
• CPR/BLS Certification
• Experience in Long Term Care or Skilled Nursing preferred
• Excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift 25 or more pounds and stand, bend, and walk for extended periods
• Team player and strong communicator
• Passionate about senior care

Compensation for the role will depend on several factors, including qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and may fall outside of the range shown.
