About the role
The Oklahoma County Crisis Intervention Center (OCCIC) seeks experienced nurses to join their multidisciplinary team providing care to high-risk individuals in the metro area. The center follows a trauma-sensitive, co-occurring, person-centered, and recovery-oriented approach.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct or indirect professional nursing services for crisis services.
- Conduct nursing assessments, plan interventions, evaluate patients, educate on health matters, manage cases, and administer medications and treatments prescribed by authorized prescribers.
Requirements
- RN III: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Oklahoma RN license, and one year of professional nursing experience; or Associate’s degree in Nursing and two years of professional nursing experience; or Associate’s degree in Nursing and three years of LPN experience in psychiatric nursing.
- RN II: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Oklahoma RN license, or eNLC-recognized license; one year of professional nursing experience; or Associate’s degree in Nursing and one year of professional nursing experience, or two years of LPN experience in psychiatric nursing.
- RN I: Associate’s degree in Nursing or eNLC-recognized license; possession of an Oklahoma RN license.

- Must pass a physical examination and meet physical examination requirements.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.

Pay
Annual salary range: $70,000.00 - $76,500.00 plus holiday, shift differential, and benefits.
Schedule
Four 10-hour shifts, days will vary. Evening shift: 2:00 PM - 12:00 AM, Night shift: 9:00 PM - 7:00 AM. Open until filled. Currently recruiting for evening and night shift positions.
