Plans, coordinates, and leads quality surveys at long term residential care facilities to ensure quality care is provided to all Arkansas patients.
Ensures that facts and data are recorded in statement of deficiencies to substantiate or unsubstantiate any complaints or compliance issues for long term care facilities.
Completes surveys within a specific timeframe.
