Overview

Seven Hills Pediatric Center, an Affiliate of Seven Hills Foundation, is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join their dedicated team. The role involves assessing, planning, and implementing nursing care for residents, ensuring the highest standards of quality and service.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive health assessments and identify clinical issues.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests.
• Provide episodic and preventive care, including treatment and medication management.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and consulting specialists.
• Communicate with families and guardians regarding resident care.
• Participate in care planning meetings, health rounds, and quality assurance initiatives.
• Auxiliary in staff training and development.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Respond to emergencies and perform CPR as needed.
• Stay current with healthcare practices through ongoing education.

Qualifications

• Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree preferred, 3–5 years of nursing experience, preferably in pediatrics or developmental disabilities, valid RN license in Massachusetts.
• Certifications: CPR/First Aid and MAP certification required.
• License: Valid Class C or D license.
