Responsibilities
- Supervise care, lead assessments, and develop personalized care plans.
- Build strong relationships with patients and families to support their healing journey.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for coordinated care and provide direct patient support.
- Support and resource fellow staff with complex patient needs.
- Celebrate patient milestones and progress.
Requirements
- Valid RN licensure per state regulations.
- CPR certification; ACLS and CRRN preferred.
- Experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is advantageous.
