Responsibilities

• Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, and customize care plans to support recovery.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure coordinated, high-quality patient care.
• Serve as a resource for staff, support complex patient needs, and celebrate patient milestones.

Requirements

• Valid RN license as per state regulations.
• CPR certification (ACLS preferred).
• CRRN certification preferred.
• One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred.
