About The Role
Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN)
Job Summary: As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be an integral member of our healthcare team, dedicated to providing compassionate and high-quality care to our patients. Your expertise and commitment to patient well-being will play a crucial role in maintaining the health and satisfaction of our clinic's clientele.
Responsibilities
- Patient Care: Assess patient health through interviews, physical examinations, and medical history review. Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by healthcare providers. Monitor patient condition and report changes to the clinic's medical team. Educate patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment plans.
- Clinical Procedures: Assist physicians and nurse practitioners in various clinical procedures. Perform tasks such as wound care, immunizations, and health screenings.
- Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in electronic health record (EHR) systems. Document all care provided, including assessments, treatments, and follow-up instructions.
- Patient Support: Offer emotional support and guidance to patients and their families. Address patient inquiries and provide clear explanations of medical procedures and diagnoses.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as medical assistants and office staff, to ensure seamless patient care and clinic operations. Coordinate referrals and follow-up appointments as needed.
- Quality Assurance: Follow established clinical protocols and quality assurance standards. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.
Qualifications
- Current RN license in the state of Ohio.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- CPR certification.
- Proficiency in medical terminology and clinical procedures.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
- Familiarity with EHR systems is a plus.
