Responsibilities

• Functions under general supervision and direction of the Director of Nursing
• Plans, directs, evaluates and documents all aspects of patient care, in accordance with regulatory requirements, established policy and hospital values and philosophy
• Affectsively relates to other shifts for continuity of care. Maintains satisfactory relations with other departments and nursing units
• Participates in all phases of education, maintenance of records, and skills of personnel

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate from an accredited school of Nursing
• Must have a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license from the state of Indiana
• One year of mental, behavioral, med-surg, critical care, ER nursing experience preferred
