This position involves providing comprehensive nursing care to a designated group of patients. Located in Harlem, NY, this full-time role operates Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Registered Nurse licensed in New York
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• Experience with interdisciplinary care planning
• Bilingual in Spanish/English preferred
• Experience with patients having HIV/AIDS, substance use, or mental illness is a plus
• Able to maintain accurate documentation
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Experience in healthcare settings that promote interdisciplinary care
• Experience with diverse patient populations
• Proficiency in documentation and communication
• Current CPR certification
