About the role
The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for performing experienced, professional nursing care. This includes assessing and diagnosing the needs of patients, developing individualized nursing plans to meet those needs in coordination with the multi-disciplinary team, providing direct nursing interventions and/or delegating specific nursing tasks to appropriate staff, evaluating the effectiveness of the plan and the care provided, and other duties as assigned.

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- Current licensure or eligible for licensure in Minnesota as a Registered Nurse
- Contingent job offers may be made upon successful completion of degree and passing of NCLEX-RN
Preferred Qualifications
- Patient care experience within a mental health or behavioral health setting
- Experience working with adults in a treatment setting
- Experience working in a secure facility

Schedule
Rotating Shift / 6:45am-5:15pm; 11:45am-10:15pm; Night Shift / 9:30pm-7:30am
