About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team and elevate our service offering. The RN in our luxury IV lounge will play a crucial role in delivering top-tier intravenous therapy and aesthetic services. The ideal candidate will possess advanced clinical skills, a keen eye for aesthetics, and the ability to create a welcoming and professional experience for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive clinical assessment and medical treatments as prescribed in patient protocols.
• Competently and independently perform blood draws, formulate and administer IV infusions, shots, and other medical procedures.
• Assess and monitor patient responses to IV therapy and other treatments, making adjustments as necessary to ensure a comfortable experience.
• Adhere to all clinic and patient safety standards, protocols, policies, and procedures.
• Provide medical care instructions, education, and guidance to patients.
• Offer wellness/aesthetic consultations and patient education; recommend retail products and cross-promote med spa and naturopathic services.
• Continuously improve professional and technical skills by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, and staying abreast of industry developments.
• Understand and emulate the LIVV patient experience standard of care in every interaction.
• Deliver exceptional, personalized service in a high-end lounge environment.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional and empathetic interactions.
• Address client concerns and questions with expertise and care.
• Develop a deep understanding of all aesthetic and naturopathic services to inform patients and staff on indications and benefits.
• Retain patients through consistent and detailed follow-up procedures.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including treatment plans and progress notes.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.
• Demonstrate brand loyalty and promote the company both individually and as a team; apply an ‘intrapreneurial’ mindset to build a caseload.
• Contribute to the creation of marketing assets that support the LIVV brand.

Requirements

• Proficient in entry-level nursing practices with 2+ years of clinical experience as an RN.
• Experienced IV clinician, skilled in IV formulation and administration.
• Exemplary in patient care and customer service.
• Able to manage a full caseload and run the IV lounge efficiently.
• Actively advancing nurse injector skills and aesthetics practice competencies.
• Able to run both the aesthetics and IV lounge efficiently, with competency in all RN services and procedures offered in aesthetics and naturopathic medicine.
• Possesses an ‘intrapreneurial’ mindset and sales acumen, with a proven track record of growing and servicing a full aesthetic caseload and client following.
