About the role
Provide compassionate, high-quality clinical care and support to older adults in a senior living community.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and deliver resident-centered nursing services.
- Administer medications and treatments, monitor health conditions.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal resident care.
- Lead, mentor, and support care staff to maintain care standards.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
- Accurately document in electronic health records.
- Educate residents and families about health and care plans.
Qualifications & Skills
- Licensed Registered Nurse (RN).
- Strong clinical skills and compassionate approach.
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and mentorship abilities.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and safety protocols.
- Ability to document accurately and educate effectively.
