About the Role
Haven of Bement LLC is seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our skilled nursing and long-term care team. As a Registered Nurse at Haven of Bement, you will have the opportunity to provide direct nursing care in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting. Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting
- Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapy as prescribed
- Assess, monitor, and document resident conditions and care plans
- Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and interdisciplinary care teams
- Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
- Ensure compliance with Illinois nursing standards and facility policies
- Respond to changes in resident conditions and provide clinical leadership during your shift
Qualifications
- Active Illinois RN license required
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation experience preferred
- Ability to work every other weekend
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills
- Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused

Pay & Schedule
- New wage rates: $40-$45 per hour
