Role: Registered Nurse in a long-term and post-acute care facility. Responsibilities Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care.Administer medications and treatments accurately.Coordinate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive resident support.Educate residents and families about health, treatments, and care plans.Mentor staff and support staff development.Promote dignity, safety, and quality outcomes in a faith-based, mission-driven environment.Contribute to continuous improvement and foster a collaborative, inclusive workplace.
