Registered Nurse

Responsibilities

• Providing high-quality, patient-centered care using established nursing standards.
• Developing and implementing individualized care plans through the nursing process.
• Collaborating with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to assess needs and achieve health outcomes.
• Educating patients and families on health maintenance and comfort measures.
• Applying evidence-based practices tailored to patient demographics and clinical needs.
• Mentoring colleagues and fostering a positive work environment.
• Performing point-of-care testing and other assigned duties.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program or equivalent.
• Current RN license in the applicable state and BLS certification.
• No prior experience required.

Skills and Physical Requirements

• Effective communication, patient assessment, and critical thinking skills.
• Physical stamina for standing, walking, lifting, and patient handling.
• Ability to perceive visual, auditory, and olfactory cues vital for patient care.

Additional Details

• Work involves night shifts, weekends, and holiday rotations.
• Must hold current licensure and BLS certification as per state requirements.
