Responsibilities
- Serve as a supervisor, leading care and treatments, conducting patient assessments, and tailoring care plans.
- Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families, addressing their unique needs to facilitate recovery.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with various departments to ensure coordinated care and provide direct patient care when needed.
- Support fellow staff with complex patient needs and inquiries, celebrating victories and milestones with patients.
Qualifications
- Valid RN licensure as required by state regulations.
- CPR certification (ACLS preferred).
- CRRN certification preferred.
- One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred.
