About the role
At Easterseals PORT Health (ESPH), our mission is rooted in empowering individuals and strengthening communities. We are seeking a compassionate and motivated part-time Registered Nurse to join our Virginia REACH team in supporting adults with I/DD and mental health needs at our warm, home-like Crisis Therapeutic Home (CTH) in Staunton, VA.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications, perform nursing assessments, and ensure each individual receives the highest standard of care
- Provide education and empowerment regarding physical and mental health
- Collaborate with a dedicated interdisciplinary team to create personalized care and treatment plans
- Maintain safety and compliance by maintaining accurate documentation and following all clinical standards
- Guide Behavior Techs and LPNs as needed
Requirements
- Licensure: Current valid, unrestricted licensed as a Registered Nurse in state of Virginia
- Knowledge: Understanding of MH and I/DD systems of care preferred
- Experience: Crisis prevention and intervention services preferred

Qualifications
A valid driver's license and car insurance for occasional transportation to appointments
Skills
