As an RN, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional, person-centered care while supporting and leading the nursing team.
Responsibilities
- Oversee patient care by directing and supervising LPNs, nurse technicians, medication aides, and CNA team members
- Provide hands-on care through medication and treatment administration
- Monitor residents closely and recognize, respond to, and manage acute changes in condition
- Help create a safe, comfortable, and home-like environment where residents feel valued and respected
- Communicate with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care
- Perform other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the State of Wisconsin (LPNs with experience will be considered!)
- Degree from an accredited school of nursing
- Ability to understand and carry out technical oral and written instructions
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to both give and receive direction
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A genuine desire to make a difference in people's lives
