Registered Nurse

Role Summary

DaVita is seeking a Dialysis Experienced Registered Nurse to join our outpatient dialysis team. In this role, you'll provide life-saving care to patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney conditions.

Requirements

• 12+ months RN experience, including 6+ months Dialysis Experience with patient interaction in the last year
• Current RN license and CPR certification
• Charge RN readiness approval required
• ADN required; BSN preferred
• ICU, ER, or Med/Surg experience preferred
• CNN/CDN certification a plus
• Basic computer skills (MS Word, Outlook)

• Cook up patient care plans and monitor outcomes
• Safeguard and compassionately deliver dialysis services
• Build long-term relationships with patients and families
• Operate in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
