Key Responsibilities
- Operate within operational hours of M/W/F 4:00am - 6:30pm, T/Th/S 4:00am - 3:00pm (10-12 hour shifts)
- Deliver dialysis treatments and monitor patient status
- Assess, troubleshoot, and respond to clinical situations
- Educate patients and build meaningful relationships
- Work as part of a small and supportive care team
Qualifications
- Current RN license in state of practice
- CPR certification and basic EKG interpretation
- A minimum of 1 year licensed with experience in a clinical setting (ICU, ER, Med/Surg preferred)
- Strong assessment, time management, and communication skills
- CNN certification a plus
