Registered Nurse

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver dialysis treatments and monitor patient status
• Assess, troubleshoot, and respond to clinical situations
• Educate patients and build meaningful relationships
• Work as part of a supportive care team

Qualifications

• Current RN license in state of practice
• CPR certification and basic EKG interpretation
• 2+ years’ experience with acutely ill patients (ICU, ER, Med/Surg preferred)
• Strong assessment, time management, and communication skills
• CNN certification a plus

Schedule Overview

Full-time position working 3-4 days/week. No Sundays! Rotated Saturdays are a requirement. Shifts can begin as early as 3:30 am if opening, and end as late as 10pm if closing. Teammate will work a mix of opening and closing shifts on a rotating basis.

Pay

The Wage Range for the role is $39.00 - $53.00/hour. Registered Nurse ICHD Experienced: $40.75 - $53.25/hour. If a candidate is hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position.

Washington Exempt: $80,168.40/year
Washington Non-exempt: Bellingham: $19.13/hour, Burien: $21.63/hour, Everette: $20.77/hour, Unincorporated King County: $20.82/hour, Renton: $21.57/hour, Seattle: $21.30/hour, Tukwila: $21.65/hour, Remainder of Washington state: $17.13/hour
