Registered Nurse
Part of the Massachusetts Nurses Association Bargaining Unit at Cooley Dickinson Hospital, this role reports to the Nurse Manager/Director and operates within established organizational and departmental policies and procedures.
About the role
Part-time position (24 hours per week) with a schedule of 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, including rotating weekends and holidays. The Registered Nurse delivers patient care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosing, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Directs and coordinates all nursing care for patients based on established clinical nursing practice standards and collaborates with other professional disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and achievement of desired patient outcomes.
Must be able to effectively interact appropriately to an individual’s intellectual level and physical ability with infant, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.

Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) state license required.
- Demonstrated excellent technical, interpersonal, organizational, oral, and written communication skills.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
- Experience in lieu of a degree is not accepted for this role.

Pay
Pay range: $42.19 - $72.88 per hour (Grade RN4N33).
Schedule
- Part-time: 24 hours per week.
- Shift: Night (7:00 PM to 7:30 AM).
- Schedule includes rotating weekends and holidays.
