Role Overview: The RN - AP4 Med-Surg/Behavioral Health provides comprehensive nursing care, utilizing the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. Key Responsibilities: Maintain current nursing competencies, contribute to team development, incorporate ethical and evidence-based practices, promote safety, supervise staff, document thoroughly, and respond effectively to emergencies. Qualifications & Skills: Minimum one year of nursing experience, graduation from an accredited nursing program, effective communication skills, current Illinois RN licensure, CPR certification, and potentially ACLS, PALS, or NRP within six months.
