Registered Nurse

Job Summary

You will deliver compassionate, high-quality care that impacts patients' well-being and recovery. You will assess, perform skilled procedures, implement care plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Detect and recognize acute changes, escalate or address concerns, and monitor critical results.
• Administer and monitor therapeutic interventions and regimens, including starting and maintaining intravenous therapies and administering medication according to patients' rights.
• Manage rapidly changing situations by identifying, assessing, and anticipating needs.
• Organize and manage tasks efficiently, prioritizing and coordinating to meet multiple patient needs in a timely manner.
• Contribute to a healing environment, providing patient comfort and support, serving as a patient advocate, and building a therapeutic environment.
• Assess and evaluate patient readiness and ability to learn, effectively explain patient conditions and illnesses, and interpret their illness.

Job Requirements

• Required: Associate of Nursing, Registered Nurse (RN), Georgia Basic Life Support (BLS) - CPR
• PREFERRED: Bachelor's of Nursing, Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)

$30.00 - $43.05 /hour
