Registered Nurse
About the role
This position is for a Registered Nurse who wants to continue using their clinical knowledge without providing direct or physical patient care. The RN completes in‑home visits by talking with clients and families, reviewing health history, and developing clear, practical care plans for non‑medical in‑home caregivers to follow. The work focuses on assessment, communication, and care planning—not clinical tasks. There is no hands‑on care, no clinical procedures, and no lifting, transfers, bathing, or personal care; the role centers on conversation, observation, documentation, and relationship‑based support. The role involves traveling to clients’ homes for scheduled assessment visits and collaborating with the office team to support care delivery, with no direct caregiving. This role is well suited for nurses who want to step away from physically demanding clinical environments, prefer predictable scheduled visits, value meaningful one‑on‑one conversations, enjoy care coordination and education, and wish to continue using nursing judgment without bedside responsibilities.
