Registered Nurse

About the role

The Center for Human Development (CHD) is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for their Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS) located in Holyoke, MA. ACCS is funded by the Department of Mental Health and offers multidisciplinary outreach services for individuals needing psychiatric and other services living independently in the community.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with licensed clinicians, housing specialists, substance use specialists, direct care staff, and peer/family specialists to provide person-centered, evidence-based services.
• Coordinates functions and activities that promote the health of individuals served.
• Provides direct support to individuals in assessing needs, participating in medical reviews, providing counseling on health and psycho-physiological well-being, and liaising with other medical and community-based providers.
• This role is an administrative RN position.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Mass Registered Nurse License required
• Two years of experience working within mental health and/or substance use field preferred
• MAP experience preferred
• Residential experience preferred
• Adequate driving record acceptable

Benefits

Annual Salary: $85,000, complemented with a comprehensive benefits package including dental, health, and life insurance, paid time off, earned vacation time, and paid holidays.
